Willem Kuipers will gladly give presentations about Xi, both general presentations, or ones that are focused on specific aspects or practices as introduced in Enjoying the Gift of Being Uncommon.

A summary of a general presentation could be as follows:

The three Practices of effective Extra Intelligent People

Extra intelligent people (XIPs) can become more effective if they are consciously aware of their being uncommon or “extra” in many more facets than their intellectual capabilities or their (lack of) performance:

1. They have to acknowledge their extra intelligence (Xi) and face its complexities in daily life;
2. They need to explore their Xi to find out about their strengths and weaknesses;
3. They have to step into the process of applying the extra-ness of their Xi to experience their own way of enjoying their mastery.

In this presentation Willem introduces the notion of Xi and its characteristics, the different perspective of giftedness and extra intelligence, the model of Xidentity, and the diversity of masterfully applied Xi.
